Below are maps to one of our handful of sites at Tomales Bay and also China Camp Beach, San Rafael.
Directions for Shell Beach: From Sir Francis Drake, please follow Camino del Mar to the end, which is the Shell beach parking lot. It's a curving winding road that takes a few minutes to traverse :-) The trail to the beach is about a quarter of a mile.

1:15 Same as 11:00, these breaks from the sun under the shade are very important!

Important notes
Please remember to officially check your child in each morning and out each afternoon. One of the counselors will be ready to assist you. This is very important and we appreciate your help.
Please write your child’s name in the memo space on any checks for camp fees. Checks need to be made out to Rob Harrington. If you pay in cash, make sure one of counselors puts your name and the amount on our cash envelope.

Camp checklist
Campers need to bring their own snack, lunch and at least 1-2 QUARTS OF DRINKING WATER. We eat and drink when we come out of the water, plus more sunscreen, a story, or marine bio lesson, at 11:00 and 1:15.
Please make sure you apply sunscreen before camp. We will make sure it gets slathered on twice more during the day!
Please label everything, we have an amazing lost and found department!
Especially important; a soft, wide brim hat with chin strap that can go in and out of the water, as well as a rash guard sun protection shirt and similar pants if your child is fair skinned. With the warm sunny days and warm water we need to boost our protection measures.
Bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, wide brim hat or visor, LAYERS of clothing for cool, foggy days
Rash guard or similar sun protection shirt (sold at surf shops, sporting goods stores),
and amphibious sandals/shoes, (no flip flops please) for tide pools and nature walks.
Wetsuit for those cool, foggy days, soft surfboard if your child really wants to surf/paddle all day
